Brand Assistant

Department Mission

Role

A brand ambassador is to help the company increase brand awareness as well as increase sales. You will complete an assortment of projects ranging from promoting goods or maybe services in-store to implementing advertising campaigns. You will additionally be referred to as corporate ambassadors or influences.

Authority
  • Oversee company’s project activities
  • Monitoring company’s mission, vision, and goals
  • Setting up the company business unit's strategies
  • Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints to the marketing department
  • Oversee website and social media content
Responsibility
  • To familiarize yourself with the company’s mission, goals, and vision.
  • Working closely with marketing and sales staff to conceptualize approaches and marketing campaigns.
  • Educating distributors, retailers, and customers about the products and services of ours.
  • Making social networking content and site to be able to generate brand awareness and entice new clients.
  • Building rapport with vendors as well as customers.
  • Monitoring escalating complaints and customer feedback to the advertising department.
  • Tracking customer tastes, media campaigns, and metrics.
  • Representing the organization at product launches, trade shows, and events.
  • Brainstorming ideas and taking part in workshops and training.
  • Keeping a good image of the emblem at all times.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or perhaps related field.
  • Previous experience of a customer care environment.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly, helpful, and outgoing personality.
  • Working knowledge of social networking platforms and tools.
  • Adaptable with the capability to prioritize tasks.
  • Willingness to travel.
