Executive Position
Department Mission
  • To orchestrate all resources, efforts, and initiation into a single company-wide goal and strategy
  • The role of CCO primarily concerned with ensuring the integrated commercial success of Global Shares. You will also build a commercialization infrastructure and organisation to drive market adoption of the company’s products and be responsible for revenue growth within the organisation
  • Set positioning and pricing strategies
  • Set high-level goals and key performance Indicators
  • Leading, recruiting and developing a resonant team

  • Strategic planning
  • Development of the commercial strategy and development of market positioning;
  • Responsible for the setting and achieving of the commercial strategic objectives for Global Shares;
  • Responsible for the approval of the pricing and positioning of Global Shares products and services;
  • Building the commercialization infrastructure, and organisation, to drive market adoption of the company's products, being responsible for revenue growth within the organisation
  • Generating awareness of and excitement for the company's vision with a range of interested parties including Government, investors, healthcare providers, insurers and, eventually, consumers
  • Inspiring confidence and generating excitement, enthusiasm and commitment as the company executes its business plans - internally as well as externally
  • Making sure that all functions of the organisation are aligned to meet its strategic commercial objectives within the overall business plan
  • Deliver strategic leadership for defining the commercial path to growth and profitability of the company and the establishment of an effective growth process and infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement the company’s sales strategy across key market segments to ensure that the company identifies and optimizes a clear path to aggressive growth. Assess, build and manage an array of necessary channels capable of delivering on the company’s growth objectives.
  • Develop a strategy and provide leadership for enterprise-wide business development opportunities. Originate and manage business development opportunities that are consistent with the company’s strategy for revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills and team work-skills;
  • Demonstrable commercial leadership experience in developing and executing; successful commercialization strategies in a high growth environment likely as a Commercial Director / Chief Revenue Officer or Head of a Division / Region with P&L responsibility;
  • Strong experience building a successful SaaS / product focused organisation;
  • Experience growing businesses on an international scale;
  • Strong Analytical Skills with ability to understand Business Plans and associated data;
  • Ability to think creatively and develop non-traditional solutions to complex business challenges;
  • A history of growing sales, margin and market-share;
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills;
  • Ability to be hands-on as well strategic;
  • Senior management experience and evidence where the candidate would have effectively managed significant teams;
  • Flexible, adaptable, effective communicator, ability to interact and lead through difficult and challenging issues;
