Role
  • Manage complicated customer events involving multi-departmental collaboration and multi-faceted answers
Authority
  • Leading departmental and cross-functional projects
  • Provide consulting services
  • Provide educational meeting
Responsibility
  • Manage departmental and cross-functional projects to improve methods, deliverable, and other material
  • Cooperate with stakeholders to establish, measure, and optimize the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of programs
  • Provide consulting assistance to deliver value to the customer
  • Onboard, train, and mentor new and existing staff
  • Attending the training on and launch of new products
Requirements
  • A bachelors’ degree in the related field, or equivalent
  • At least 5 years’ experience in healthcare management
  • Operating Theatre experience
  • Commercial/leadership experience within the hospital setting
  • Demonstrable track record of training co-workers and outside stakeholders to use and promote difficult products, systems, and workflows
  • Able to travel and work autonomously
