CSO (Chief Strategy Officer)

Department Mission
  • To provide result-oriented advertising and marketing activities designed to meet customer needs. To achieve sustainable business growth through market intelligence, creativity, and strategic vision, and to build an organization that attracts, develops, and retains outstanding people.
  • The role is charged with research, mapping and identifying long-term opportunities and defining future revenue streams to leverage our existing products.Initiating projects to advance the company beyond the competition.

  • Hire, training and team performance management
  • Making high-level decisions about policy and strategy
  • Development of strategies and scenario planning in collaboration with executive team
  • Redefining vision to propose products/service opportunities
  • Take full ownership of strategic projects with a focus on the market development and manage a portfolio of activities including project and process management, quantitative analysis, company valuation, financial modelling and market research.
  • Play a role of change agent to drag the company along into new opportunities
  • Propose new strategies and initiatives on current company status
  • Conduct research, analysis, data management and modelling to support decision making and execution of key strategic initiatives
  • Master's degree from a top-tier university with an excellent academic track record. MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of previous experience in investment, consulting, corporate strategy or business development
  • Proven record of stakeholders management at all levels of seniority
  • Capacity to collaborate with and coordinate teams across functions and countries
  • Continually challenge and improve the status quo
  • High level of personal initiative and commitment
  • Mentor, coach and steer the team in performing initiatives and project activities
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to manage complex financial models
