Responsibility
Define, measure, analyze and improve customer satisfaction and needs
Initiate workstreams and projects on maintaining user experience and customer satisfaction
Advocating user experience in executive decisions
Fostering an understanding throughout the organization of the buyer’s journey and customer life cycle
Working across marketing channels to develop and launch campaigns that help improve customer satisfaction, loyalty and brand image
Advocating for consumer needs in the development and deployment of projects and strategies throughout the organization
Measuring and tracking acquisition, retention and overall customer sentiment
Requirements
Master’s degree in business administration or a similar field
3+ years of experience in a similar position
10+ years of managerial experience in a customer-centric organization
Solid understanding of the buyer’s journey and customer life cycle
Strong ability to initiate projects and communicate with stakeholders
Proficiency in project management
Having analytical skills combined with a goal-driven attitude
