Fulfillment Center Manager

SCM, Logistic and Operation
Department Mission
  • The primary functions of an operations department include the design and management of products, services and processes. In addition, the operations department evaluates and allocates resources to effectively deliver products and services. Management of supply chains is also an essential function of an operations department.
  • The role is key to serve our customers properly. Your role is to make sure all parameters and operation goals are met while reducing cost and lead-time by increasing efficiency and productivity

  • Set standard and regulation and stick to them
  • Set fulfillment KPI
  • Maintain fulfillment ratio
  • Lower down error rate to reach an error free center
  • Managing write off process
  • Supervising periodical cycle counts
  • Ensuring effective and safety of staff and environment.
  • Initiate projects around optimizing processes and increasing productivity and efficiency
  • Support continuous improvement and expansion of the fulfillment network, with focus on cost, quality, and speed while providing an excellent guest experience
  • Schedule and allocate appropriate resources for project work
  • 7+ years of experience in Fulfillment center management, logistics, SCM or operation management
  • Master’s in SCM, Operations Management, Supply Chain or a related technical field
  • 3+ years of experience in leading large-scale operations, SCM, and a proven track record of successfully setting up and executing supply chain operational processes
  • Solid experience in working with global and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • High tech supply chain experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Strong data analytics (Excel, SQL, PBI, etc.) and problem-solving skills
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to build relationships across multiple layers in the organization
  • Ability to lead in ambiguous situations, and deal effectively with conflicting priorities and changes
  • Work effectively within the Network Fulfillment team environment and throughout the organization (DCs, Corporate, and External partners)
  • Strong working knowledge in SAP, MS Office (Word, Excel, Access,...)
