Role
The role of the Sales Director is to build, lead, and scale a talented team of sales managers while instilling the positive and unique values of company culture. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, sales operations, and customer success to drive the business. This role will be to refine and improve current sales objectives and help design new go-to-market strategies by leveraging metrics and analyzing trends in the business.

Build, lead and instill team of talented sales managers

Set department objectives and principles
Run performance management and feedbacks sessions
Set strategies and initiate workstreams around projects
Responsibility
P&L management on the assigned territory
Create the local budget/forecast according to strategies
Provide insightful and accurate information and reports timely
Manage, train and support the assigned team of Sales Accounts
Organize and manage frequent Sales meetings with the assigned team
Meeting customers and build close relationships with key accounts
Prepare and implement special promotions
Develop partnership and sales opportunities
Help the team to reach their objectives
Requirements
Master's degree in business or related study field
10+ years of professional experience in sales and business development
Previous experience working in software, IT and/or SaaS industries
Solid knowledge of customer values, needs, and goals to design processes solving for customers first
Provide offers, sales promotions, and campaigns
Experience creating an inclusive team environment that fosters trust and a sense of empowerment
Proven track record of overachieving sales targets in a high velocity, high growth business focused on SMB
Excellent communication skills
