Industrial Worker

SCM, Logistic and Operation
Department Mission
  • The primary functions of an operations department include the design and management of products, services and processes. In addition, the operations department evaluates and allocates resources to effectively deliver products and services. Management of supply chains is also an essential function of an operations department.
Role
  • To assist in loading and discharging process, unpacking and storing products
Authority
  • Monitoring the quality of packages
  • Disposing defective items
  • Checking relevant regulations and standards
Responsibility
  • Loading and unloading
  • Accepting delivery of inventory
  • Counting and confirming the inventory
  • Inspecting inventory for damage and faults
  • Communicating errors to be resolved
  • Labeling stocks
  • Storing inventory upon the regulations
  • Loading and wrapping stock on pallets
  • Building loads with forklift and pallet jack
Requirements
  • Stand for long periods of time
  • Wear PPE as required: gowning, safety glasses, nitrile gloves, mask, etc.
  • Work under a hood to measure, dispense and seal product
  • May lift up to 25 lbs.
