Role
The role is to help drive revenue, adoption, and market penetration in accounts. To manage inside sales team and ensure that inside sales operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities are including providing ongoing professional development opportunities for the inside sales staff, motivating the sales staff to achieve sales targets, and developing an effective step-by-step process of nurturing leads and closing sales.

Manage Inside Sales Reps
Hire and develop Inside Sales Managers
Provide strategic engagements to absorb customers
Engage with customers and build relationships
Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
Drive revenue and market share in a defined region
Meet or exceed revenue targets and objectives
Prepare and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing plan
Maintain sales pipeline and increase conversion rate
Close cooperation with partners to extend reach & drive adoption
Manage contract negotiations
Ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
7+ years of experience managing sales teams
5+ years of experience successfully building and executing go-to-market plans
Strong communication and presentation skills
Bachelor's in business or related study filed, BA/MS degree in relevant field
Exceptional customer service skills
Familiarity with productivity, analytical and presentation Softwares such as Ms office, Asana, Trello, PBI
Fluent in English
