  • The role is to design and implement the future IT Infrastructure strategy and organization to ensure available and performing IT infrastructure during migration phase, organize the transition and transformation phases, allowing smooth handover to global operations to ensure goals of transformation are achieved and secure high availability during integration.
  • Mentor, Supervise, and motivate IT team,
  • Recruiting and training employees,
  • Setting key performance indicators and performance review,
  • Day-to-day decision making upon strategies,
  • Testing, troubleshooting, and modifying information systems.
  • Create and maintain positive relations with all staff,
  • Schedule and organize all daily technical activities,
  • Hire, train, and form group/team of IT professionals,
  • Determine the IT needs of the company,
  • Ensure information systems' requirements are being fulfilled,
  • Manage the team and provide any mentor-ship/assistance,
  • Work alongside and provide technical support to management and other staff,
  • Create a safe and productive environment for all employees,
  • Monitor and manage programs including communications and IT supports.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or any other related field,
  • 5+ years of experience in managing IT and network teams,
  • Ability to communicate with others well,
  • Ability to work well in fast-paced IT environment,
  • Prior experience with big data, budgeting, asset management,
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
