The primary functions of an operations department include the design and management of products, services and processes. In addition, the operations department evaluates and allocates resources to effectively deliver products and services. Management of supply chains is also an essential function of an operations department.
Role
Maintaining and beyond the current process by documentation and mapping, analyzing data and stat machines time stamps, measuring and starting cap planning, journey planning optimization to reach into error-free operational excellence in logistics. You may need to have a high level of proficiency in analytical S/W such as Excel, Power-point, Power Query, Power Pivot, R, and Power BI.

Mapping customer’s location into the platform
Harmonizing all Logistics Process and aligned with OPS and business
Blueprinting the process and listing projects (bottlenecks)
Communicating with other stakeholders
Regular Reporting on projects and progress
Other Dashboard management and administrations
Funnel and Lead-time management
Connecting with the Product team on defining development sprints
Act as the voice of the customer, team, and operation at all Leadership meetings
Reconciliation process and cash collection reporting and supervision
Requirements
2+ years of relevant experience in a similar position
Bachelor’s degree in business or statistics
Solid knowledge of SCM and operation management
Familiarity with logistics principles
Strong understanding of analytical tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluency in English is a must
Strong interpersonal skills, innovative attitude, flexible, proactive, service-minded and a good team player
