Marketing Manager

Department Mission
  • To provide result-oriented advertising and marketing activities designed to meet customer needs. To achieve sustainable business growth through market intelligence, creativity, and strategic vision, and to build an organization that attracts, develops, and retains outstanding people.
  • To initiate, lead and maintain the marketing activities in order to accelerate growth and building reputable brand
  • Managing marketing activity
  • Managing marketing budget
  • Set KPI and performance review
  • Build, train and grow the team
  • Provide creative campaigns
  • Build and execute multi-channel, integrated account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns to drive engagement and leads for our SMB and Enterprise offerings
  • A/B test marketing channels to reach into optimum conversion
  • Develop strategies for testing, optimizing, and scaling successful lead-gen programs
  • Set brand growth strategy (focusing on innovation)
  • Set a competitive strategy for the globe, align brand priorities in each country
  • Accountable for Brand’s P&L and shares globally
  • Partner with R&D to develop the brand innovation for the globe
  • Own commercialization process and launch of NPD projects in partnership with Marketing Commercialization teams
  • Leverage understanding of consumer/shopper motivations and behaviors to develop winning marketing plans
  • Drive leadership of the battleground for key focus forms across and lead cross-functional alignment
  • To set key performance indicators and stick to it
  • To keep CAC at the optimum point
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand management or product management
  • 2+ years of professional experience in a similar position in startup or MNCs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communication, MBA is preferred
  • Proven track record of defining and delivering innovative marketing campaigns that drive long-term results
  • Proven track record of coordinating projects across functional teams
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytic and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs
  • Advanced analytical skills and familiarity with Excel, SQL, and PBI
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
