Responsibility
  • Business Analysis, Sales Compensation, and Channel Performance Management
  • Administration of the sales compensation plan
  • Design and propose a channel compensation model
  • Manage sales incentive process
  • Lead the commission accrual meetings with other stakeholders
  • Recommend new sales programs and KPIs
  • Effectively communicate and present sales plan to field sales managers
  • Provide analytical support to the field sales management team
  • Assist management with expense budgets & forecasts.
  • Create and distribute daily sales performance reports/dashboard
  • Review and reconcile sales data systems to ensure on-going accuracy
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations or any analytics role
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics or related study filed
  • Knowledge of analytical tools such as PBI, Excel, SQL
  • Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities
  • Willing to work in a highly demanding and results-oriented team environment
