Administration of the sales compensation plan
Design and propose a channel compensation model
Manage sales incentive process
Lead the commission accrual meetings with other stakeholders
Recommend new sales programs and KPIs
Effectively communicate and present sales plan to field sales managers
Provide analytical support to the field sales management team
Assist management with expense budgets & forecasts.
Create and distribute daily sales performance reports/dashboard
Review and reconcile sales data systems to ensure on-going accuracy
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Sales Operations or any analytics role
Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics or related study filed
Knowledge of analytical tools such as PBI, Excel, SQL
Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities
Willing to work in a highly demanding and results-oriented team environment
