The role of a SCM Manager is pretty vital to manage movement of product, material, processes and flows before production and after consumption. You need cover everything from product development, sourcing, production, and logistics, as well as the information systems and all just in time.

Manage end to end value chain
Developing a pricing strategy
Hire, training and team performance management
Responsibility
Identifying potential gaps in demand/supply forecast and resolve them
Drive weekly internal meeting for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
Manage and measure supply chain processes including channel risk and shipping performance
Must be able to present and promote consensus-building internally and externally
Manage channel/DDC inventory target (PSI, WOS) and aging inventory
Lead the department and recruit, train and empower talents
Oversee healthy statuses of shipments, PI, PO, AR and shiping document status
Requirements
Master's in Business, Supply chain, operation or similar
10+ years of work experience in SCM/operation department
4+ years of SCM management experience
Strong knowledge of SCM concepts, practices, and procedures
Strong analytical and Computer Skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and PBI
Familiarity with shipping document, Banking process, and AR/AP
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills to reach into best possible consensus
Project management skill is plus
Solid Math, Communication, and Organizational Skills
