  • Informing client on needful information
  • Direct Contact with client
  • Reach potential customers telephonically.
  • Knowledge of the provided script when pitching the company's products and services.
  • Present any information that the client demands.
  • Redirect calls to the relevant team if needed.
  • A high school degree or equivalent.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
