Overseeing marketing division
Evaluate, develop, and maintain a marketing strategy and day to day plans including all ATL, BTL and Digital channels
Oversee brand, creative, PR/communications and overall marketing operations with a digital focus (SEM, SEO, Paid, Social, Email, CRM, etc.)
Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts
Communicate and orchestrate the marketing plan with all stakeholders to channelize efforts
Research market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirement
Develop pricing strategies with Sales dept. to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.
Conduct STP and define a niche segment to be touched
Strong knowledge of CAC and all marketing key metrics
Solid understanding of budget management, RoI and P&L
Improve conversion rate
Develop and manage campaigns and promotions
Building brand awareness and positioning
Initiate marketing projects and motivate the team to tackle objectives
Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events
Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing and copy writings
Requirements
Master's in Marketing, Digital marketing or communication
8+ years of professional experience in marketing with proven track record of successful campaigns
5+ years of marketing management in scaled tech startups or MNCs
Having a data-driven approach towards decision making
Solid knowledge in GA, AdWords, Pixel, SEO tools, Email marketing, web, and social analytics, etc.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership qualities; creative-minded with a 'can-do' attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves
